Each city's industrial and information technology bureau and relevant units:

In order to thoroughly implement the "Action Plan for Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry" issued by the General Office of the State Council and the "Several Measures to Accelerate the Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry" issued by the provincial government, and in accordance with the work arrangement, the evaluation of the level of digital transformation in 2025 is now being carried out.

Please attach great importance to it and actively organize industrial enterprises within your jurisdiction to fill out questionnaires online (with a focus on promoting the evaluation of industrial enterprises above designated size that have not yet been evaluated, encouraging enterprises that have already been evaluated to conduct retests, and dynamically grasp the level of transformation), and submit them before August 31st (see attachment for the evaluation process). The industrial and information technology bureaus of each city can guide the digital transformation work in their respective regions based on the evaluation of the "one enterprise, one file" content. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will accurately introduce service resource elements from various aspects such as training, projects, and supply-demand docking, to assist enterprises in achieving high-quality development through digital transformation.
