In order to thoroughly implement the deployment requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government on vigorously developing advanced manufacturing clusters, accelerate the construction of a reasonable regional layout, and clarify the development pattern of leading industries, in accordance with the requirements of the "Interim Measures for the Cultivation and Recognition of Advanced Manufacturing Clusters in Shandong Province" (Lugongxin Gui [2023] No. 12) and the "Notice on Carrying out the Recognition of Advanced Manufacturing Clusters in Shandong Province in 2025" (Lugongxin Gui [2025] No. 17), the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized the recognition of advanced manufacturing clusters in Shandong Province in 2025. After expert review, on-site defense, conference research, social publicity and other procedures, 13 clusters including Jidetai Safety Emergency Equipment Cluster have been determined as advanced manufacturing clusters in Shandong Province in 2025. The list is now announced.

The cities where each cluster is located should strengthen cluster cultivation, actively benchmark against national advanced manufacturing clusters, study and formulate cluster cultivation and development plans, promote the improvement of technological level, optimize industrial structure, strengthen market entities, and actively create a first-class industrial ecology. We need to strengthen service management, standardize the use of policy funds, guide the cluster to promote extensive cooperation and exchange, technological breakthroughs, project layout, talent introduction and other work among organizations, promote close cooperation among large, medium and small enterprises and industry university research institutions within the cluster, and enhance the level of networked collaboration in the cluster. We need to strengthen the atmosphere creation, timely summarize, publicize, and promote the achievements of cluster development, actively explore the path and experience of promoting cluster development and growth, continuously improve the level of cluster development, and promote the provincial advanced manufacturing cluster to a higher level.
