In accordance with the requirements of the Interim Measures for the Management of Gradient Cultivation of High quality Small and Medium sized Enterprises and the Implementation Rules for the Management of Gradient Cultivation of High quality Small and Medium sized Enterprises in Shandong Province issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, we are organizing the annual information update work for innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, and specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises within the validity period of our province.

1、 Innovative small and medium-sized enterprises and specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises

Please organize innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises within the validity period of the local area to log in to the Shandong Province High quality Small and Medium sized Enterprise Gradient Cultivation Database from May 26th to June 26th, in accordance with the requirements of the Qingdao Small and Medium sized Enterprise Management Department（ https://www.yztdpt.cn ）Enter the "Enterprise Information Update" module and fill in the relevant data as of the end of last year.

2、 Specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise

Specialized, refined, and innovative "little giant" enterprises within the validity period can log in to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's high-quality small and medium-sized enterprise gradient cultivation platform from now until June 26th（ https://zjtx.miit.gov.cn ）Enter the "Enterprise Information Update" module and fill in the relevant data as of the end of last year.

3、 Regarding requirements

The annual update of enterprise information is an important source of data for evaluating the specialized, refined, and innovative development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Failure to update will result in the lowest score being processed. Please organize enterprises to timely, accurately, and fully cover the reporting process, in order to avoid the inability to objectively reflect the development achievements of enterprises and regions due to data reasons, which may affect the enjoyment of relevant policies by enterprises.
