Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Notice on Organizing Special Training on Digital Transformation of Small and Medium sized Enterprises
Industry and Information Technology Bureaus of various cities, Qingdao Private Economy Bureau, relevant service agencies and enterprises:
In order to further enhance the digital transformation capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the evaluation and diagnosis level of digital service providers, innovate the practical path of digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises, and accelerate the upgrading of digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises, the following notice is hereby issued regarding the organization of specialized training on digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises:
1、 Training Content
（1） Special training on digital level evaluation and diagnosis for small and medium-sized enterprises. This mainly includes the analysis of national and provincial evaluation indicator systems and related work requirements, evaluation and diagnostic methods and tool applications, evaluation implementation paths, case analysis, and implementation experience sharing.
（2） Specialized training on digital transformation business for small and medium-sized enterprises (Phase 2-4). It mainly includes digital transformation strategic planning and policy interpretation, industrial Internet, artificial intelligence, big data and other digital technology applications and data security, typical case sharing, on-site practice teaching and other contents.
（3） Specialized training on digital innovation practices for small and medium-sized enterprises. It mainly includes digital transformation path planning, exploration and practice, classification and application of small, fast, light and accurate products, intelligent matching of digital supply and demand, and construction of service ecology.
2、 Training target
1. Evaluation and Diagnosis Topic: Mainly aimed at digital service providers, universities and institutions, and other digital related professionals. Small and medium-sized enterprise digital related staff from various city departments can apply as needed.
2. Business training topics: mainly for the directors, department heads, and staff of each city, as well as the heads of relevant county (city, district) or high-tech zones, development zones, and other industrial and information technology departments.
3. Innovative Practice Topic: Mainly aimed at the heads of industry and information technology departments in national pilot cities, provincial guidance zones, pilot clusters, and enterprise leaders. Training targets and registration will be notified separately.
3、 Training arrangement
The specialized training is divided into 5 sessions, each lasting 4 days.
4、 Related matters
1. Each city should strengthen organizational leadership and designate one contact person to be responsible for coordinating training registration, organization, and other related matters, ensuring smooth and orderly implementation of all work.
2. The digital level evaluation and diagnosis personnel participating in the evaluation and diagnosis topic must have relevant industry and process category backgrounds, with more than 3 years of service experience in digital related fields. In principle, each institution should recommend no more than 5 people. And log on to the national industrial Internet security classification and classification management platform before registration（ https://mii-ciiflfj.cn ）Complete the independent grading and submit the information table for the proposed digital transformation project (Attachment 3).
3. Please organize the registration of students in each city according to the quota allocation table for specialized training on digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (Attachment 1). All participants are requested to submit the corresponding training direction's "Personnel Registration Form" (Attachment 2) in Word format and stamped PDF to the email before 12:00 on May 15th cuikaixing@huawei.com Please bring the 'Commitment Letter' (Attachment 4) when reporting.
4. The training is free of charge, and accommodation and meals will be arranged uniformly during the training period. Accommodation is generally a standard room, and transportation expenses during the round-trip period will be borne by oneself.
