Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Notice on Organizing the Recommendation of Energy saving and Carbon reducing Technology and Equipment in the National Industry and Information Technology Field for 2025

In order to thoroughly implement the carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategy goals, accelerate the promotion of advanced energy-saving and carbon reduction technologies, strengthen the technological transformation and upgrading of key industries and large-scale equipment updates, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has organized the recommendation of energy-saving and carbon reduction technology and equipment in the industrial and information fields for the year 2025. We hereby forward the relevant notice to you and put forward the following requirements for doing a good job in our province. Please implement them together.
1、 Enhance ideological awareness and strengthen publicity and mobilization. Energy conservation and carbon reduction are key measures to promote industrial green and low-carbon transformation and achieve high-quality development. Each city should deeply understand the significance of this recommendation work and regard it as an important lever to promote energy conservation, carbon reduction, and improve energy utilization efficiency in the industrial sector of our province. Widely mobilize eligible enterprises and research institutions within the jurisdiction to actively participate in the application process, ensuring the smooth implementation of the recommendation work.
2、 Strictly review and ensure the quality of recommendations. Strictly follow the recommended scope and requirements specified in the notice from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and conduct a comprehensive and detailed review of the application materials such as the qualifications of the applicant, intellectual property rights of technical equipment, and application cases. Focus on verifying the energy-saving and carbon reduction effects, technological maturity, economic benefits, and promotion potential of the declared technical equipment, eliminate non compliant technical equipment declarations, and effectively improve the quality and level of recommended technical equipment.
3、 Seize the timing and complete the recommendation on time. Each city should conduct a preliminary review of the applying units and application materials, including the authenticity of the enterprise application content, the compliance with the "recommended scope" and "recommended requirements" stipulated in the "Notice", and the completeness of the application materials. A recommendation opinion should be formed, and a summarized recommendation form (Attachment 1 of the "Notice") should be filled out. Before May 15, 2025, the recommendation documents and enterprise application materials (paper version, in triplicate) should be submitted to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology (mailing address: Room 414, No. 25 Yuhan Road, Shizhong District, Jinan City), and an electronic version should also be submitted. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized relevant departments and experts to review the enterprise materials recommended and submitted by each city, and selected and recommended technology equipment with obvious energy-saving and carbon reduction effects, mature and reliable technology, economic benefits and promotion potential, which can achieve full process system energy-saving and carbon reduction or cross industry and field integration innovation. We will notify relevant municipal organizations and enterprises to pass the "Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development Management Platform" for the approved technical equipment（ https://green.miit.gov.cn ）Upload relevant information and materials.
