The association is everyone's platform, and building a brand requires everyone's joint efforts. It requires the relevant responsible persons of each office to enhance their professional abilities, strengthen their service awareness, link relevant resources with a positive and energetic work attitude, serve local enterprises well, continuously expand the membership team, and let the service flag of the association be planted throughout the province. The meeting reviewed the "Office Assessment Management Measures" and clarified that the assessment is based on the principles of "objectivity, fairness, classification and grading, and incentive orientation". It comprehensively evaluates from multiple dimensions such as internal management, member services, and industry collaborative innovation, improves the assessment mechanism, stimulates organizational vitality, and ensures service quality.
The meeting proposed that the office should implement differentiated service strategies based on the characteristics of industries in each city. Zhao Yingjin, Deputy Secretary General of the Provincial Association, stated that Linyi City relies on its strong industrial foundation and policy advantages to hold industry activities to enhance the association's influence, strengthen industry university research cooperation with universities such as Linyi University, and hope that all offices will speak the truth, do practical things, and provide seamless services in the process of carrying out their work, strengthen the association's publicity work, and jointly promote the association's brand building; Lu Hong, the person in charge of the Qingdao office (preparatory), pointed out that relying on the advantages of the marine industry, we will focus on promoting deep cooperation between marine equipment, shipbuilding industry, and supporting manufacturing enterprises, vigorously promote the policy of science and technology innovation awards, and stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises; Liu Wei, the head of Binzhou Office, stated that we will focus on assisting problematic enterprises, helping them solve practical difficulties, promoting their healthy development, and improving the quality of our members; Ma Jubao, the head of the Jinan office (preparatory), stated that he will focus on building an industrial service brain, leveraging the advantages of provincial capital cities, and providing professional services for enterprise hierarchical cultivation; Bao Shengqiang, the person in charge of the Petroleum Equipment Professional Branch (preparatory), stated that the association aims to deepen cooperation with universities and research institutes, injecting new momentum into the coordinated development of industries throughout the province.
The meeting requires that the association and its offices strengthen standardized construction, unify cultural logos, promotional materials, and service standards, and establish a professional image; Staff enhance their business capabilities, focus on policy interpretation and information transmission efficiency, and assist member units in accurately grasping development opportunities.
The meeting summary pointed out that the GDP of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province accounts for over 20% of the province's total. As an important driving force in the industry, the association needs to further play a bridging role, deepen the collaborative linkage with local associations, and promote the deep integration of the industrial chain and innovation chain.
