Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Notice on Forwarding the "Notice on Carrying out the 2024 Intelligent Factory Gradient Cultivation Action"

According to the unified deployment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the State Data Administration, and the task requirements of the "14th Five Year Plan" for the development of intelligent manufacturing, a "three in one" work system of intelligent factories, solutions, and standard systems will be constructed to create an "upgraded version" of intelligent manufacturing. The "Notice on Carrying out the 2024 Intelligent Factory Gradient Cultivation Action" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice") is now forwarded to you.
Please carefully study the requirements of the "Notice" (Attachment 1) and refer to the "Implementation Plan for Gradient Cultivation Action of Intelligent Factories" (Attachment 2), "Conditions for Gradient Cultivation Elements of Intelligent Factories" (Attachment 3), and "Reference Guidelines for Typical Scenarios of Intelligent Manufacturing (2024 Edition)" (Attachment 4) to organize manufacturing enterprises with leading levels of intelligent manufacturing to apply for excellence level intelligent factories in 2024. In principle, the applying enterprises should be provincial-level intelligent factories. Please guide enterprises on the intelligent manufacturing data resource public service platform before November 21st in all cities（ https://www.miit-imps.com ）Complete the online filling, generate the declaration form, and submit the summary table, 2 paper copies of the declaration form (with adhesive packaging, please indicate the city, declaration year, and enterprise name on the spine), and 1 electronic CD (PDF+WORD) to the Equipment Industry Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. Provincial enterprises should organize the project recommendation work for their own group. Each owned enterprise can apply from their residence or through the group. When applying for the group, paper materials should be submitted to the Science and Technology Innovation Department of the Provincial State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. At that time, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will jointly organize expert evaluations with relevant departments.
