Notice from the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Organizing the Collection of Typical Cases for the Deep Integration of the Real Economy and Digital Economy in 2024

Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, cities specifically designated in the state plan, industrial and information technology departments of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, relevant central enterprises, and industry associations:

In order to implement the important deployment of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on "promoting the deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy", deepen the promotion of new industrialization, accelerate the all-round and full chain popularization and application of new generation information technology, and stimulate new industries, new models, and new driving forces, we are now organizing the collection of typical cases of deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy in 2024. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1、 Call for Content

In order to meet the needs of the deep integration and development of the real economy and the digital economy, we will explore a number of typical cases with strong innovation, good penetration and high coverage around the four directions of digital transformation general tool products, industrial Internet platform innovation pilot applications, digital pilot enterprise practices, and digital supply chain ecology, so as to provide path references for more places and enterprises to apply the new generation of information technology and strengthen and optimize the real economy.

2、 Declaration conditions

（1） The applicant should be registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, possess independent legal personality, and have good economic strength, technological research and development, and integrated innovation capabilities.

（2） The applicant has a good financial condition in the past three years, with no major violations of laws and regulations, and no major or above production safety accidents or environmental pollution accidents.

（3） The applicant possesses the technological capability and industrial influence to support the deep integration of the real economy and digital economy, and has quantifiable economic or social benefits in product promotion, enterprise transformation, and supply chain ecology.

3、 Organizational structure

（一）申报主体根据《2024年实体经济和数字经济深度融合典型案例要素条件》（附件1）选择申报方向，填写《2024年实体经济和数字经济深度融合典型案例申报书》（附件2），并于2024年11月18日前完成线上申报。

（二）申报主体对申报内容的真实性负责，确保申报材料描述详实、重点突出、表述准确、逻辑性强，杜绝虚构和夸大。

（三）各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市、新疆生产建设兵团工业和信息化主管部门、中央企业（集团）、全国性工业行业协会（联合会）组织开展本地区、本集团、本行业内案例推荐工作，填写《2024年实体经济和数字经济深度融合典型案例汇总表》（附件3），并于2024年11月22日前完成线上推荐。

（四）推荐工作遵循企业自愿原则，各省、自治区、直辖市和新疆生产建设兵团推荐案例数量不超过40个，各计划单列市推荐案例数量不超过25个，中央企业（集团）、全国性工业行业协会（联合会）推荐案例数量不超过15个。

（五）工业和信息化部组织遴选并公布入选名单。

（六）企业申报和案例推荐均基于实体经济和数字经济深度融合典型案例征集系统（https://wenjuan.cii-contest.cn）开展。
