According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Application of the Sixth Batch of Industrial Technology Basic Public Service Platforms (MIIT Letter [2024] No. 378), we are now organizing the application of the sixth batch of MIIT Industrial Technology Basic Public Service Platforms. The specific matters are notified as follows:

1、 Declaration field

This application for the Industrial Technology Foundation Public Service Platform is aimed at 8 key areas including biomanufacturing, low altitude economy, security emergency, strategic mineral resources, intelligent detection, humanoid robots, brain computer interfaces, and general artificial intelligence. It mainly strengthens three types of services: first, experimental testing, which mainly provides services such as standards, metrology, certification and accreditation, inspection and testing, and experimental verification for the industry; The second category is information services, mainly providing services such as intellectual property, industry information, and public datasets for the industry; The third category is the industrialization of innovative achievements, mainly providing services such as promoting the application of new technologies and products, verifying the application of key core technologies, and cultivating new quality productivity for the industry.

2、 Declaration requirements

Please refer to the attached document for the application requirements and related materials. The application materials should be truthful and legal, and must not involve state secrets.

3、 Declaration Procedure

（1） Organizational declaration. Each city's industrial and information technology bureau and relevant units are requested to voluntarily organize qualified units to apply, focusing on the above 8 key areas. Encourage units that have undertaken the capacity building project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's industrial technology basic public service platform to apply (their leading unit does not occupy the recommended quota).

（2） Review and recommend. Please have the industrial and information technology bureaus of each city strictly review and recommend the application forms of the applying units based on merit. Each city shall recommend no more than 2 items. Before November 6, 2024, three copies of the recommendation letter (including the recommendation summary table) and application form (including supporting materials) in paper form shall be sent by EMS to the Science and Technology Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the electronic version shall be sent to the official email. Provincial units and central units stationed in Shandong can directly report to the Science and Technology Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, with a maximum quantity of one.
