Notice of Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on Organizing the Application of 2024 Industrial Internet Logo Analysis Secondary Node Award and Compensation Fund Project_Policy Information_Notice Announcement

Each city's industrial and information technology bureau, relevant units:

In order to implement the requirements of Shandong Provincial People's Government's "2024 Policy List of" Promoting Economic Consolidation and Improvement and Accelerating Green, Low-Carbon and High-Quality Development "(First Batch)", in accordance with the spirit of the "Shandong Province Industrial Internet Enabling Manufacturing Digital Transformation Fund Management Measures and Implementation Rules (Trial)" and other documents, we are now organizing the application of 2024 Industrial Internet Logo Analysis Secondary Node Award and Compensation Fund Project. Relevant matters are notified as follows:

1、 Scope of Support

The secondary node of industrial Internet identification resolution mainly refers to the public service node of identification resolution within an industry or region, which can provide identification code registration and identification resolution services for the industry or region, as well as complete relevant identification business management and identification application docking.

2、 Declaration conditions

(I) basic conditions.

1. The operating status is normal, the credit record is good, and it is in line with the direction of industrial development. The project construction should be carried out in Shandong Province, and the main body of the declaration is the builder and property owner of the secondary node;

2. The second-level node must be connected with the national top-level node to realize real-time data synchronization and analysis services;

3. The cumulative and current year's newly added logo registration and resolution are not less than 100000, and the number of access enterprise nodes is not less than 5;

4. Give priority to supporting the applicant who has obtained the license of industrial Internet logo registration service.

(II) restrictive conditions.

Within the past three years, there have been significant safety production accidents, with records of major violations such as environmental pollution, product quality, and serious dishonesty;

2. The legal representative is included in the national court list of untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement;

3. It does not meet the guidance of national and provincial industrial policies, and does not meet the requirements of the "green threshold" system for financial enterprise-related funds.

3、 Work Procedure

Voluntary declaration of (I) enterprises. The applicant shall fill in the application form for 2024 industrial internet logo analysis secondary node award and subsidy fund project (annex 1) and the summary form of application information (annex 2), and submit them to the local competent department of industry and information technology according to the work arrangement of each city. the paper versions of the application form and the summary form shall be combined and bound, and the electronic version shall be submitted separately.

Recommended by (II) municipal organizations. The municipal industry and information bureaus are requested to do a good job in organizing recommendation and material review to ensure that the materials are complete, true and effective, summarize and fill in the "Summary of Application Information" (Annex 2), recommend in official documents, and mail the paper application materials (in duplicate) to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology before August 20, 2024, and send the electronic version (including relevant certification materials) to the designated mailbox simultaneously.

(III) organization review and identification. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organizes experts to review the application platform, determine the list of eligible platforms, and publish it after publicity without objection.
