以上40项政策措施，作为2024年“促进经济巩固向好、加快绿色低碳高质量发展”政策清单（第三批），未明确实施期限的，自印发之日起实施，有效期至2024年12月31日。各有关部门、单位要切实扛牢稳定经济运行的重大责任，对照职责分工，细化落实举措，跟踪推动重点工作和政策措施落地达效；各市要对照省里各项任务部署，结合本地实际抓好落实，进一步巩固和增强经济回升向好态势，努力为全省经济社会发展大局多作贡献。
