In order to give full play to the exemplary and leading role of advanced models, guide the vast number of enterprises to speed up their expansion, strength and excellence, build leading enterprises with domestic and international first-class competitiveness, and better serve the major development strategies of the whole province, we hereby notify the relevant matters such as organizing the application for the 2024 of the top 100 enterprises in Shandong, the top 100 industrial enterprises and the promotion of the top 500 Chinese enterprises as follows:
1. declaration subject
(I) enterprises registered in Shandong and with independent legal personality can declare, the data are group caliber (including data from outside the province, overseas and tertiary industries), and provide photocopies of relevant consolidated financial statements confirmed by accounting firms or audit institutions. Group companies and their holding subsidiaries or relative holding subsidiaries may not make repeated declarations.
(II) central enterprises in Shandong (including banks, communications, insurance, etc.), although they do not have independent legal personality, enterprises that have independent financial statements and pay taxes in Shandong Province can also declare. If they cannot provide a copy of the relevant consolidated financial statements confirmed by the accounting firm or audit institution, the financial statements and information description submitted to the parent company of the group can be provided.
If the (III) is unable to provide the aforementioned financial statements or the data are incomplete and cannot be confirmed, they are not included in the scope of the declaration.
2、 Declaration conditions
(I) support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the party and the country, serve the country by industry, and have a strong sense of responsibility and a lofty sense of mission to the country and the nation.
The (II) firmly establishes the concept of innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development, conscientiously implements the national industrial policy, has a prominent main business, has a strong influence in the same industry at home and abroad, and makes positive contributions to promoting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and high-quality development.
The (III) actively fulfills its social responsibilities, promotes employment and entrepreneurship, strengthens safe production, adheres to green and low-carbon development, is honest and law-abiding, and operates in accordance with the law. In the past 3 years, there have been no major or above safety, quality, environmental pollution, public health and other accidents, and no violations of laws and regulations. False behavior.

Enterprises that declare the top 100 enterprises in Shandong and the top 100 industrial enterprises are required to fill in the declaration form (see Annex 1), which can be downloaded from the website of Shandong Enterprise Federation (https://www.sdeda.org.cn). All indicators are required to be reported in accordance with the consolidated financial statements of the enterprise and to ensure that they are true and accurate. According to the operating income index, the list of top 100 enterprises and top 100 industrial enterprises in Shandong will be determined, and the top 500 Chinese enterprises will be declared.

5、 Regarding requirements
The declaration work adheres to the principles of openness, public welfare and voluntariness, and all relevant departments (units) shall not charge any fees from enterprises. The municipal industry and information bureaus and enterprise federations should strengthen publicity and guidance, and earnestly organize enterprises to fill in. After the declaration, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Shandong Enterprise Federation will publicly release the 2024 list of the top 100 Shandong enterprises and the top 100 industrial enterprises and the "2024 Shandong Enterprise 100 Development Report."
