In order to help scientific and technological achievements, talents and other innovative resources to accurately connect with the technological innovation needs of enterprises, and to ensure the smooth development of the construction of Shandong's science and technology market, we are now soliciting scientific and technological achievements to be transformed from institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions. The specific matters are notified as follows:

1、 Scope of solicitation

1. Scientific and technological achievements to be transformed by institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions in the past two years;

2. Focus on collecting scientific and technological achievements in the fields related to the "Top Ten Industries" and 11 iconic industrial chains;

The intellectual property rights of scientific and technological achievements are clear and there are no disputes over ownership.

2. solicitation method

1. All relevant institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions are requested to earnestly organize the collection of scientific and technological achievements to be transformed, conduct in-depth research, thoroughly understand the technological achievements to be transformed, and send the collection form of scientific and technological achievements to be transformed (see annex) to the e-mail before December 20.

2. The Provincial Department of Science and Technology will summarize, sort out, and classify the collected scientific and technological achievements. The next step will be to use the Shandong Science and Technology Market as the carrier to carry out supply and demand docking activities through a combination of online and offline to provide a "one-stop" service for various innovation entities, and promote the deep integration of innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain.
