Notice from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province on Soliciting Technology, Talent Needs, and Recommended New Technologies and Products from High end Equipment Industry Chain Enterprises in Shandong Province
Each city's industrial and information technology bureau, relevant units:
为深入贯彻落实《山东省标志性产业链产学研协同创新行动工作方案》（鲁工信技〔2022〕203号）要求，加强产学研协同创新，解决企业技术、人才需求，推动高等院校、科研院所创新成果产业化。现面向全省开展高端装备产业链（重点涉及汽车、轨道交通、数控机床、节能环保装备领域）企业技术、人才需求及可推介的新技术新产品征集工作，具体事项通知如下：
1、 Scope of solicitation
（1） Technical requirements: Based on careful research and analysis of the industry and its own situation, enterprises need to sort out and propose technical, process, material and other needs that domestic universities and research institutes need to help solve.
（2） Talent demand: Relevant demands mainly focus on solving key technological and transformational development issues faced by enterprises, and those that can be met through general recruitment do not need to be filled in.
（三）可推介的新技术新产品：2021年1月以来研发的技术先进、产权明晰、质量可靠、市场前景广阔的新技术新产品均可。
2、 Work Procedure
（1） Enterprise reporting.
1、提报技术、人才需求需填写山东省高端装备产业链企业技术、人才需求情况表（见附件1、3），相关需求要尽可能具体，明确相关技术参数、存在的瓶颈问题及其他要求等，方便匹配合适的专家人才团队。若有对接省外院校计划，建议明确到具体院校名称。
2、提报可推介的新技术新产品需填写山东省高端装备产业链企业新技术新产品推介情况表（见附件5）。
（二）各市审核。各市工业和信息化局要认真组织本市有意向的企业提报有关材料，确保材料真实可靠，于6月21日前以市为单位汇总后（需填写附件2、4、6）反馈至邮箱，不接收企业直接报送。
（3） Demand push. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will sort and summarize the materials submitted by each city, and, on the premise of voluntary disclosure of needs by enterprises, will work with the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and higher education institutions and research institutes inside and outside the province to connect. For those with definite intention needs, they will communicate separately, promote our province's enterprises and push relevant needs, attracting domestic industry university research advantages resources to gather in our province.
（四）组织活动。省工业和信息化厅将根据工作要求和企业定向需求，委托行业协会进行正式推介新技术新产品，并组织相关企业赴省内外高等院校、科研院所，专家教授团队走进省优势产业集群或链主企业，开展全省高端装备产业链产学研精准对接及新技术新产品推介活动，推动产学研深度融合发展，带动产业技术进步和创新能力提升。
（五）有关要求。请企业本着自愿原则，如实认真填报。本通知省工业和信息化厅科技处、装备产业处、海洋装备产业处将同步下发，请各市科技科牵头，装备产业科及海洋装备产业科同步做好相关需求梳理工作，表格汇总后分别对口发至邮箱kejichu2019@shandong.cn（科技处）、sjxwzbcyc@shandong.cn（装备产业处：汽车、数控机床、节能环保装备）、sdgxthzc@shandong.cn（海洋装备产业处：轨道交通）。
