1. strengthen land security for key industrial projects

4. to expand the environmental space of key industries
Environmental performance A- level enterprises and leading industrial enterprises can independently take emission reduction measures without stopping production and limiting production during the emergency period of heavy pollution. Industrial enterprises use coatings, inks, adhesives, etc. that meet the national regulations on low VOCs (volatile organic compounds) content products, and if the emission concentration is stable and the emission rate meets the relevant regulations, the corresponding production process may not require the construction of end treatment facilities. Processes where the VOCs content (mass ratio) of raw and auxiliary materials used is less than 10% may not require unorganized emission collection and treatment measures. 5. to increase fiscal and tax support

10. improve the level of data element empowerment
