According to the "Shandong Province Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Public Service Demonstration Platform Identification Management Measures" (Luzhong Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Bureau Zi [2018] No. 14, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), the 2019 Shandong Province Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Public Service Demonstration Platform (Hereinafter referred to as the demonstration platform) recommended work notice is as follows.
The 1. requests all cities to carefully review the application report of the recommended platform, and put forward recommendations based on the evaluation of its service performance.
2. the fourth batch of provincial demonstration platform in this year to re-recommend the declaration.
3. are requested to submit the recommendation documents, recommendation forms, application reports and application materials of the recommended units to the non-public economic service department of the provincial department of industry and information technology before October 8, and send the electronic version to the mailbox at the same time. The relevant forms and application materials shall be filled in according to the requirements of the measures, among which, the application form "the unit signing the cooperation agreement" shall be attached with a copy of the agreement.
