Notice on Organizing the Declaration of Insurance Compensation for the First Set of Technical Equipment and Key Core Components, First Batch Application of New Materials, and First Version of High end Software in Shandong Province in 2019
Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureaus:
In order to accelerate the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, promote high-quality development, encourage and guide enterprises to actively carry out the first (set) of major technical equipment and key core components, the first batch of new materials, and the first version of high-end software research and development and promotion and application in key areas, and promote Industrial structure adjustment, transformation and upgrading, after research, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized the first (set) of technical equipment and key core components, the first batch of new materials, and the first edition of high-end software insurance compensation declaration in 2019. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Declaration scope
The insurance compensation declaration work includes three aspects:
(I) the first (set) of major technical equipment and key core components insurance compensation declaration work. The main body of the application should be the enterprises in the list of the first (set) technical equipment and key core components and production enterprises in Shandong Province in 2018, and the equipment Industry Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology shall take the lead in the application. See Annex 2 for specific declaration requirements.
(II) the first batch of new materials insurance compensation declaration work. The work declaration is led by the New Materials Industry Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. See Annex 3 for specific declaration requirements.
(III) the first edition of high-end software insurance compensation declaration work. The work declaration is led by the Software and Information Services Division of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. See Annex 4 for specific declaration requirements.
2. declaration procedure and time
1. Project application units (excluding Qingdao) shall prepare application materials in strict accordance with the relevant Project Application Guidelines (see Annex).
2. The municipal industry and information bureaus shall review the materials of the reporting units (including provincial enterprises), classify and summarize the writing (after the attached documents in Annex 1), and report them to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology before September 6. The electronic version of the materials shall be submitted simultaneously on the burning CD.
3、 Declaration requirements
All cities should conscientiously organize the declaration work, strictly check, and carefully review the declaration materials to ensure that the declaration content is true and accurate. The materials reported by the reporting unit must be true and reliable, and the contents of the materials must be detailed and complete. If there are illegal acts such as fraud in the reporting materials, once verified, they shall be dealt with seriously in accordance with the relevant measures.
