Strengthen the protection of individual cases of private enterprises. Recently, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce has undertaken the research and disposal of 47 cases and actively carried out individual rights protection. On the basis of in-depth analysis and judgment of individual cases, reflect the demands of enterprises to the Supreme People's court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and relevant government departments and institutions in accordance with the law, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises, and boost the confidence of enterprises in their development; provide legal advice and opinions for the parties through the legal rights protection service center lawyer group, help enterprises clarify litigation ideas and improve their ability to safeguard their rights; Promote progress in solving multiple cases, some cases have achieved good results such as credit repair, settlement and support from relevant departments, serving and ensuring the healthy development of the enterprises involved.
Establish a legal service mechanism. The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce has established a legal rights protection service center to promote the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises in accordance with the law in terms of personnel, institutions and working mechanisms, increase the protection of non-public economic property rights and various rights and interests, and promote equal rights and interests of various market entities. Equal opportunities and equal rules help private enterprises prevent risks, resolve contradictions, safeguard rights and interests in accordance with the law, and promote the improvement of the basic conditions for the protection of property rights of private economy.
From June to July this year, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Supreme People's Procuratorate formed a joint research team. The leaders of both parties led teams to Zhejiang, Shanxi, Gansu, Shaanxi and other places to conduct special investigations on the service of procuratorial organs to ensure the development of the private economy, and listened to private enterprises. Promote the protection of property rights of private enterprises. The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the National Development and Reform Commission and other eight ministries and commissions jointly issued the ''Notice on Carrying out Special Governance Actions on Government Property Rights Disputes, ''to carry out a one-year special governance action on government property rights disputes nationwide to promote the resolution of government and private enterprises The issue of property rights disputes between enterprises, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and entrepreneurs, and effectively promote the implementation of property rights protection in private enterprises.
In the law enforcement inspection of the law on the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises carried out by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the all China Federation of industry and commerce participated in the law enforcement inspection in Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong and other places, actively publicized private enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, studied and reflected the new situation in the implementation of the law, and promoted all regions and departments to shoulder their legal responsibilities, Create a good legal environment and business environment for the development of private economy.
