Notice on Organizing Participation in the 25th Shandong Taiwan Economic and Trade Fair and Enterprise Matchmaking Activities

Each city's Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Provincial Institute of Industry and Information Technology, various industry associations, and relevant enterprises:

The 25th Shandong Taiwan Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference will be held in Weifang City from September 1st to 4th. The conference is jointly hosted by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and the Shandong Provincial Government, with the theme of "Focusing on New Momentum and Sharing New Opportunities". Through exhibitions, special talks, forums and other activities, it will promote the docking and exchange of enterprises between Shandong and Taiwan, promote industrial cooperation and common development between the two places. According to the deployment and requirements of the provincial government on the work plan of the 25th Shandong Taiwan Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference, in order to organize relevant activities well, the relevant matters are notified as follows:

1、 Organize a special docking meeting for the intelligent manufacturing industry across the Taiwan Strait

On the afternoon of September 1st at 2:00 pm, the "Cross Strait Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Special Matchmaking Conference" was held at the Lutai Conference Center. At that time, entrepreneurs and experts in the intelligent manufacturing industry in Shandong and Taiwan will exchange and connect around differentiated cooperation in the intelligent manufacturing industry between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, and promote cooperation on a number of key projects.

2、 Regarding requirements

Please all municipal bureaus of industry and information technology, relevant units, and enterprises attach great importance to this event and make full use of it to promote exchanges, interactions, and in-depth cooperation between enterprises in Shandong and Taiwan.

1. Organize participation in the "Cross Strait Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Special Matchmaking Meeting" and exchange activities. Each city's Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and relevant units should carefully select 2-3 intelligent manufacturing related enterprises to attend the conference. At the same time, make full use of this event to promote our province's industrial resources and market advantages, and promote cooperation between enterprises in the two regions.

2. Identify the responsible person. Please designate a staff member from each city's Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and relevant units to be responsible for implementing the relevant work of the conference, and submit the list of participating enterprises to the organizing committee of the conference and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology before August 20th.
