The Ministry of Science and Technology has issued the "Notice on the Application Guidelines for Joint R&D and Demonstration Projects of the National Key R&D Program" Strategic International Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation "Key Special Project in 2019" (Guokefazi [2019] No. 266). Relevant units are requested to timely convey the content of the notice and carefully organize the application.
Please request the project application unit to follow the notification requirements（ https://www.most.gov.cn/mostinfo/xinxifenlei/fgzc/gfxwj/gfxwj2019/201908/t20190806_148155.htm ）Fill in the application materials and submit the paper version of the application materials (in triplicate) to the Cooperation Office of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology before September 18th. After the review is approved, the online application can be made.
