Our province announces the second batch of selected projects for the major project library of new and old kinetic energy conversion
Focusing on the "top ten" industries such as the new generation of information technology, according to expert review opinions, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial New and Old Energy Office recently determined the second batch of 500 selected projects for the major project library of new and old energy conversion.
Among them, there are 59 new generation information technology projects, 95 high-end equipment manufacturing projects, 82 new energy and new materials projects, 60 medical and health projects, 31 modern marine projects, 50 high-end chemical projects, 52 modern agricultural projects, 30 cultural tourism projects, 29 innovation and entrepreneurship platform projects, and 12 modern logistics projects.
At the same time as the announcement of the second batch of preferred projects, the list of the first batch of preferred projects will be adjusted for 37 projects that cannot be implemented due to significant changes in construction conditions and inadequate progress in preliminary work, and will no longer enjoy relevant policy support.
The selected projects adhere to a dynamic adjustment mechanism of both input and output. "The relevant person in charge of the Investment Department of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission stated that in the next step, our province will strengthen the tracking and effectiveness of the second batch of selected projects, timely remove projects that cannot be promoted on schedule and cannot form physical investment workload from the list of selected projects, and build a pattern of project metabolism and benign continuation.
The selection of major project libraries for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy will implement a monthly scheduling and quarterly reporting system. The progress and implementation of the project will be reported quarterly to the people's governments of various cities and provincial departments in the name of the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial Government Office, and will be included in the annual supervision and assessment goals for the transformation of old and new driving forces.
The project is the main carrier and important foundation for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy. At present, our province is seizing the opportunity window of kinetic energy conversion, strengthening the promotion of project classification, and establishing a comprehensive guarantee mechanism for elements to follow the project. The above-mentioned person in charge stated that we will increase the guarantee of elements such as land, energy consumption, and environmental capacity, establish a green channel for project land supply and energy-saving evaluation, simplify the review and approval process, and accelerate the progress of project procedures under the premise of legal compliance. At the same time, we will actively establish a platform for connecting government, banks, and enterprises, guiding financial institutions and new and old momentum conversion funds to increase credit investment and fund injection.
