Notice from the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on Organizing Participation in the Third Overseas Academician Qingdao Tour
Commentary: The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will soon launch“The 3rd Overseas Academician Qingdao Tour Event”We will invite nearly a hundred renowned academicians and top scientists from around the world to exchange and negotiate with enterprises in our province,Enterprises interested in participating are requested to actively register with the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. In order to implement the new development concept and accelerate the realization of high-quality development, the 3rd Overseas Academician Qingdao Tour will be held in Qingdao from May 29th to 30th. Nearly 100 well-known academicians and top scientists from around the world will be invited to exchange and negotiate with enterprises in our province. To strengthen collaborative innovation, accelerate the transformation of achievements, and promote high-quality industrial development, each city is requested to organize key enterprises to participate in relevant activities. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
1、 Event time and location
Time: May 29th from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, report in the morning of May 29th
Location: Qingdao International Academician Port Conference Center (Licang District, Qingdao City)
2、 Theme and Content
The event is themed "Opportunities and Challenges: Integrating Innovation and International Cooperation", and focuses on forums and project negotiations in the fields of digital economy, life sciences and technology, new energy and new materials, and intelligent equipment manufacturing.
3、 Regarding requirements
请各市抓紧通知本市高端装备骨干企业负责人届时参会，主动对接相关院士研究领域和项目，积极促成各方合作。参会企业要与院士及其团队建立长期互通机制，邀请院士及其团队到企业实地考察，争取不断有人才和项目引入我省。请各市于5月8日前将企业参会回执汇总后，发省工业和信息化厅装备产业处邮箱。海外院士青岛行活动邀请院士、活动内容以具体通知为准。
