Notice on Organizing and Recommending Students for the 5th Shandong Province Young and Middle aged Entrepreneurs Training Course
Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureaus, Provincial Youth League Committee, Provincial Department of Commerce, Provincial State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, relevant enterprises:
In order to strengthen the construction of the entrepreneurial team, cultivate and build a modern and international excellent team of young and middle-aged entrepreneurs, and accelerate the major project of transforming old and new driving forces in the province, it is determined to hold the 5th Shandong Province Young and Middle aged Entrepreneurs Training Course. The following is a notice regarding the organization's recommendation of students:
1、 Training Content
Strengthen training on global economic and technological development trends, national macro strategies, national macroeconomic regulation policies, and industrial policies, and enhance the strategic decision-making ability of entrepreneurs; Strengthen training on modern enterprise systems and management methods, and enhance the comprehensive management capabilities of modern enterprises; Strengthen training on modern finance and capital markets to enhance capital operation capabilities; Strengthen training on e-commerce and online marketing to enhance market development capabilities; Strengthen training on overseas investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and international trade rules to enhance international competitiveness. The training focuses on practical experience and invites leaders in the formulation and implementation of policies in party and government organs, senior leaders and experts from renowned institutions, and well-known domestic experts and scholars to give lectures.
2、 Recommended personnel range
Among the key industries in the province, especially the "Top Ten" industries for the transformation of new and old driving forces, select outstanding chairmen, general managers or second-generation successors who have a strong desire to learn, are good at innovative development, work hard and entrepreneurship, and pursue excellence. Entrepreneurs with high visibility and influence in the industry are recommended first, and the age should not exceed 55 years old in principle. Mainly focusing on industrial enterprises, while also taking into account other industries and fields. The class has 100 students, and the allocation of registration quotas is shown in the attachment.
3、 Training schedule
From May to December 2019, each unit focused on studying for 4 days, for a total of 5 units.
4、 Related matters
1. Each unit should be responsible for promoting entrepreneurial students, and the students must be the chairman, general manager, or second-generation successor. The province will select the best candidates from them.
2. Each unit should carefully organize entrepreneurial students to participate in learning activities organized by the province, strictly enforce training discipline, apply for leave cancellation, and the training must be attended by the students themselves. No one is allowed to replace them. If it is found that the students are absent from the training without leave or replaced by others, their training qualifications will be cancelled, and the training quotas of each city and unit will be reduced accordingly in the future.
3.培训和食宿费用由省里统一承担，不收取学员任何费用，交通费用自理。
4.请各单位将推荐参加培训人员名单（附件2）于5月6日前统一传真至省工信厅，并将推荐参加培训人员名单（附件2）、学员基本情况表（附件3）电子版发送至邮箱。
