Notice on Holding the "Shandong Province Private Entrepreneurs Humanistic Literacy Enhancement Special Training Course" at Tsinghua University

Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureaus, Jinan and Qingdao Private Economy Development Bureaus:

In order to conscientiously implement the "Several Opinions of the Provincial Government on Supporting the High quality Development of the Private Economy", implement the Entrepreneur Development Navigation Plan, accelerate the improvement of the theoretical literacy, strategic awareness, innovative concepts, and practical abilities of private entrepreneurs, and promote the high-quality development of the private economy, it is planned to organize a "Shandong Province Private Entrepreneur Humanistic Literacy Improvement Special Training Course" with Tsinghua University in May for special training and inspection exchanges. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Training Content

（1） Experts and professors from Tsinghua University will give a special lecture. The content includes industrial transformation in the era of big data, inheritance of Chinese family business culture, wisdom and leadership cultivation of traditional Chinese culture, innovation of strategic emerging industry models, crisis management and risk control, financial analysis and decision-making, etc.

（2） On site teaching: Inspection and exchange in Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, 91 Science and Technology Group and other places.

2、 Training time and location

（1） Time: Registration on May 9th, teaching and on-site instruction from May 10th to 14th, return on May 15th.

（2） Registration location: Beijing Zhongdian Huajing Business Hotel (No. 33 Nongda South Road, Haidian District, Beijing); Hotel contact person: Manager Shao, 13501264459.

3、 Participants

（1） Comrades in charge of the competent departments of private economy small and medium-sized enterprises in various cities and counties (cities, districts);

（2） Responsible persons of relevant service agencies, industry associations, public service platforms, key industrial clusters, characteristic industrial towns, etc. in each city;

（三）制造业单项冠军、隐形冠军、专精特新、瞪羚企业、一企一技术研发中心等新旧动能转换项目的企业负责人；

（四）其他重点骨干企业负责人。

四、其它事项

（一）此次培训委托省中小企业发展促进中心承办。

（二）培训费由省中小企业发展促进中心给予补贴，食宿费由学员自理，会务统一安排。具体费用说明见附件1。

（三）请参加人员认真填写报名回执表(见附件2) 发至山东省中小企业发展促进中心联系邮箱。此次培训名额60人，额满为止。

（四）请参训学员每人准备一张尺寸为48mm*33mm的蓝色背景彩照（小二寸护照像）,在照片背面注明本人姓名,报到时交给班主任,以便制作结业证书。
