Notice on Organizing the Nomination Work for the 2019 National Science and Technology Awards
Nominating units and experts:
In order to prepare for the nomination of the 2019 National Science and Technology Award in the province, the Provincial Science and Technology Awards Office will start soliciting outstanding scientific and technological achievements from all over the province today, and will organize the nomination and selection process in the near future. The relevant matters regarding the nomination application are hereby notified as follows:
1. Each nominating unit (expert) is requested to organize the proposed application for the 2019 National Science and Technology Award project (candidate) by their own unit (familiar with the field), and refer to the content format of the application forms for the National Science and Technology Highest Award, Natural Science Award, Technological Invention Award, Science and Technology Progress Award, and International Science and Technology Cooperation Award (see attachment) to complete the initial draft of the nomination form and defense PPT, and attach relevant attachment materials. Send the electronic version to the email before December 10th 13605317898@163.com The paper version, stamped with the official seal of the nominating unit (please sign for projects nominated by experts), will be sent to Room 1416 of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
2. The Provincial Science and Technology Award Office plans to organize experts to nominate and select relevant projects in the form of PPT defense (ten minute PPT explanation, ten minute expert questioning) around December 12th, and determine the nominees for the 2019 National Science and Technology Award projects (candidates).
According to the preliminary arrangement of the National Science and Technology Award Office, the nomination materials for the 2019 National Science and Technology Award will be submitted in mid January 2019. The format and other requirements of the formal nomination letter shall be subject to the version published by the National Award Office.
Please fully tap into the achievements with potential for reward application, strengthen guidance, strictly control, improve the quantity and quality of reward application, and organize the reward application work according to relevant time nodes. Specific information on subsequent related activities will be notified to relevant units in a timely manner.
