New quality productivity refers to the productivity generated under new technologies, new economies, and new business models; Quality "refers to the productivity generated by the key disruptive technological breakthroughs that enable technological self-reliance and self-improvement. On March 2nd, the Secretariat of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association held a training meeting on "Learning the connotation of new quality productivity and promoting the application of new quality productivity". Dong Lin, General Manager of Shandong Galaxy Xinghui Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and Producer of "Director's Meeting · Entrepreneur Interview", pointed out in the theme training of "Challenges Faced by Enterprises in the Short Video Era" that times will change, scenarios will change, the underlying methodology remains basically unchanged, content is the core, investment is the leverage, and ROI is the goal. Through specific cases, a thorough analysis was conducted on whether to focus on marketing short videos or marketing short videos.

2023 is known as the year of AI, and AI not only changes the times, but also serves as a catalyst for new quality productivity. Sun Tonghai, General Manager of Shandong Eucalyptus Information Technology Co., Ltd., introduced in detail how AI should be used and how AI can help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency. He conducted a comparative analysis of various AI models within the industry and believes that 2024 will be the first year for AI commercial landing, with stronger multimodal interaction, more economical and energy-saving computing power, and faster AI popularization process penetrating various industries. I hope the association can make good use of AI as a smart tool, optimize resource allocation, and improve service levels.

Ma Jubao, General Manager of One Enterprise One Strategy Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Director of the Project Fund Application Center, provided a detailed interpretation of the relevant provisions of the newly revised Company Law and formulated the Association's "Focusing on Product System Planning to Assist Enterprise Gradient Growth" service capability enhancement plan in accordance with relevant national policies.

Project Department Director Sun Junhao and Office Director Ding Zhiyu respectively gave keynote speeches on "Gradient Management of High Quality Small and Medium sized Enterprise Cultivation" and "High level Intellectual Property Services".

The meeting also had in-depth discussions on improving the quality of group standard release and establishing an online trading platform for the industry.
