1、 Preparation for employees before going to work

1. Employees are required to start work 10 minutes in advance (including commuting buses departing 10 minutes in advance/arriving at the factory at 07:10). We hope that employees can understand (due to temperature measurement, recording, and other reasons);

2. Employees are required to take their own temperature measurements at home before starting work (those whose temperature exceeds 37.2 ℃ must take leave to the designated fever clinic for treatment, and are prohibited from working while sick);

3. Employees are required to carry handkerchiefs with them for wiping after hand cleaning;

4. Employees must wear masks on their way to work and on their way to and from work. When entering the factory, they must undergo temperature measurement by professional hospital staff to check for symptoms such as fever. If necessary, further diagnosis should be made (for personnel whose temperature exceeds 37.0 ℃, they should be recorded and tracked in the "Temperature Detection Record Form", and undergo secondary testing. Personnel whose temperature exceeds 37.2 ℃ will be arranged for vacation; including external operators and all incoming personnel);

5. Department heads are required to arrive at their posts in advance and carry out pre construction supervision and inspection work (i.e. arrive at their work posts before 7:00);

6. In order to enhance indoor ventilation, the indoor temperature will be lowered. All employees are requested to wear appropriate clothing to keep warm (it is prohibited to wear sweaters with exposed collars and sleeves/prevent foreign objects from entering).

2、 Employee entry path

1. Commuting employees are all allowed to enter through the central gate (dormitory gates are closed and not in use);

2. All commuter buses enter through the West Gate (the West Gate opens at 6:40 am and must be checked for temperature by staff before getting off);

3. Accommodation staff must enter the dormitory through the dormitory gate when checking in, and must conduct temperature measurement inside the dormitory when working;

4. Self driving commuters must enter through the west gate and then go to the central gate for temperature checks (the west gate opens at 6:40 am)

3、 Employee meal management

1. Adjust the dining hours in the cafeteria and extend the meal times (including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dinner);

2. When dining in the canteen, all the articles used in the original public area and the main food served by the individual self-service will be cancelled and provided by the special person in the canteen (including meal plate distribution, porridge making, seasoning area, etc.);

四、防控安全管理措施

1.公司为员工在上班期间发放一次性医用口罩，工作时间段全员必须佩戴口罩（每人每天1个，含休假日加班），因口罩货源短缺，希望员工尽量考虑自行准备医用口罩；

2.公司内人事考勤指纹机全部停用，由各部门实施考勤管理（防止交叉感染）；

3.公司内自动贩卖机停止使用（防止交叉感染）；

4.公司室内吸烟点全部关闭，吸烟人员全部集中到室外吸烟室处吸烟（吸烟人员需保持1.5米距离）；

5.公司各卫生间加大药皂投放，满足员工使用（禁止往外携带）；

6.公司更衣箱、卫生间内，禁止二人以上聚堆唠嗑（员工各自独立在本工位休息，杜绝随意走动、交流）；

7.公司内禁止员工将食品携带到公司内，禁止在公共休息区用食和聚堆；
