On July 2nd, the reporter learned from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology that the Office of the Shandong Provincial Joint Conference on Digital Economy Development recently announced the list of provincial-level demonstration "industrial brains" for 2025, and Rizhao Plastic Products' "industrial brain" was successfully selected. This is the second provincial-level demonstration "industrial brain" in our city after last year's refined tea processing "industrial brain".
As the core engine of the digital transformation of the plastic industry in Shandong Province, Rizhao Plastic Products' "Industrial Brain" relies on the accumulation of tens of thousands of enterprises and industry big data through the industrial digital platform Jusu Cloud Services, and has built a "three vertical and three horizontal" intelligent architecture - vertically supported by data platforms, intelligent analysis platforms, and industrial service ecosystems, horizontally connected to three major scenarios of raw material procurement, production collaboration, and park services, deeply focused on serving the plastic industry cluster in the province, and has become a leading "real integration" industrial service platform in China. The operating entity of the "Industrial Brain" of Rizhao Plastic Products, Jusu Cloud Platform, has an annual transaction service scale of nearly 10 billion yuan, with 25000 plastic product factory customers. Union Bank has created digital supply chain financial services for the industrial cluster, with a targeted credit exposure of 250 million yuan.
In recent years, Rizhao has attached great importance to digital transformation work, accelerated the implementation of the "industrial brain" and "quantity and quality improvement" cultivation actions, and focused on building a digital transformation service platform for industrial clusters with "industrial big data+industry big models" as the core. In 2024, the "Industrial Brain" of prefabricated vegetables (marine food), agricultural machinery equipment, and new materials (special steel) in Rizhao City was selected as a pilot project for the construction of "Industrial Brain" in Shandong Province. The cumulative number of provincial-level "Industrial Brain" construction pilot projects has reached 5. In 2025, actively organize and apply for pilot projects for the construction of "industrial brains" for low altitude comprehensive services, life and health (emergency medical), agricultural product processing (blueberries), and green buildings (intelligent construction).
