Build a solid digital foundation and lead development through pilot demonstrations. In the field of digital infrastructure, Heze is making every effort to tackle it, building 13000 5G base stations and establishing a high-speed network with full coverage; The total number of PON ports reached 203000, including 111000 10G ports, successfully entering the national level "Gigabit City" and laying a solid foundation for enterprise digital transformation. The pilot demonstration has achieved remarkable results, and 8 parks have been approved as "provincial-level digital economy parks"; The digital economy headquarters of the biopharmaceutical and power transmission equipment industry chain has been selected as a provincial-level "digital economy headquarters". The construction of the "industrial brain" is steadily advancing, with three provincial-level pilot projects and one cultivation project implemented in an orderly manner. Six characteristic industrial projects have entered provincial-level evaluation, helping to upgrade the intelligence of industrial decision-making. In terms of enterprise cultivation, Heze continues to make efforts, having cultivated 203 digital economy "Morning Star Factories" and newly applied for 133. At the same time, five enterprises were rated as provincial industrial Internet benchmark factories, and three platforms were selected as provincial excellent large model service platforms. In the first half of this year, two provincial-level digital transformation pilot projects were newly approved, 11 municipal level intelligent factories were identified, and 72 intelligent technological transformation projects were promoted. At present, the city has formed an innovative enterprise echelon of "gazelle specialized, refined, unique and new small giants", injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of the economy.

Build a platform carrier and construct an industrial ecosystem. Heze City is committed to building a comprehensive platform carrier system and creating a good industrial ecological environment. Six platforms, including Dongming Huaxia Jiarun "Petrochemical Treasure" and Chengwu Dazzecheng Biological Corn Deep Processing Platform, have been approved as provincial industrial Internet platforms, and have accumulated 1.1 million yuan of provincial financial awards and subsidies. These industrial Internet platforms integrate industry resources, provide digital solutions for enterprises, and promote the coordinated development of upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. The completion and use of the integrated secondary node (88.407) of industrial Internet logo analysis is an important milestone of Heze's digital transformation. This node has carried out application pilot projects in key industries such as biomedicine, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, and food processing. Currently, 1007 enterprises have been connected, and the number of registered and resolved labels has exceeded 12 billion. It has received a provincial-level financial subsidy of 2 million yuan. Through the identification parsing system, the full lifecycle management of products and the sharing of industry chain information have been achieved, effectively improving the production efficiency and management level of enterprises.

Next, Heze will focus on promoting digital transformation towards deeper development from four aspects. In terms of supply and demand docking, we will deepen enterprise research, establish a "one enterprise, one file" system, collaborate with digital service providers to customize transformation plans, and build precise docking bridges. In terms of chain transformation, we will promote benchmark cases for the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, implement the "small, fast, light and accurate" product trial mode, focus on 10 key industrial chains to create demonstration projects, and drive the digital upgrading of the entire chain. In terms of platform construction, give full play to the agglomeration effect of existing digital economic parks and "industrial brains", promote leading enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises to jointly build a sharing platform, accelerate the construction of industrial Internet infrastructure, guide enterprises to "use data to endow intelligence" on the cloud, and promote the integration of digital technology and the whole process of manufacturing. In terms of factor guarantee, we will make full use of provincial and municipal support policies, promote collaborative innovation of "government industry university research funding", innovate financial products to solve funding problems, cultivate "famous enterprises, famous products, and famous parks" in the software information service industry, and build a healthy development ecology.
