Shandong strengthens the construction of mechanization, automation, informatization, and intelligence in non coal mines
On the morning of September 10th, the plenary meeting of the Provincial Non Coal Mine Safety Production Professional Committee was held to arrange and deploy the work of non coal mine safety production. The reporter learned from the meeting that before the end of the year, non member units of the Provincial Coal Mine Safety Production Professional Committee will carry out joint law enforcement actions at the provincial level, focusing on cracking down on illegal activities such as cross-border mining, illegal mining of mineral resources, illegal transportation and use of pyrotechnic explosives, production that does not follow the design, and production that exceeds capacity, strength, and personnel quotas.
Non coal mining mountains have the characteristics of high labor intensity, high danger, high accident rate, and serious disaster losses. In recent years, Shandong has effectively improved the overall safety conditions of non coal mines in the province through measures such as resource integration, filling institutional gaps, and continuous centralized rectification. Currently, it is continuously strengthening the construction of mechanization, automation, informatization, and intelligence to fundamentally reduce the occurrence of accidents.
The meeting emphasized the need to firmly establish the concept of safe development and accelerate the transformation of non coal mine safety management towards pre prevention. Efforts should be made to strengthen source control and risk prevention, highlighting the work of "four modernizations" construction, risk investigation, hidden danger governance, and cracking down on illegal activities, and effectively solving problems at the bud and before disasters occur.
