Shandong releases implementation plan for pilot innovation and development in manufacturing industry
The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and Provincial Department of Science and Technology recently jointly issuedImplementation Plan for Pilot Innovation and Development of Manufacturing Industry in Shandong ProvinceAccurately connect with key industries and strengthen pilot supply capabilities for key core technology needs. By 2027, Shandong will build around 5 provincial-level pilot platforms with strong demonstration and radiation effects in key industries, and establish national pilot platforms in advantageous industries.
According to the Implementation Plan, Shandong will work together from nine aspects, including accelerating the construction of pilot platforms, enhancing pilot maturity capabilities, tackling key technologies, strengthening collaborative innovation, incubating and cultivating enterprises, building public service institutions, opening and sharing services, promoting excellent cases, and innovating operation and management models, to promote the construction of a batch of fully functional, open and shared pilot platforms with distinctive characteristics.
Focusing on key industrial clusters in key areas such as new generation information technology, biomedicine, high-end chemical engineering, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy and new materials, and future industries, a number of major pilot projects with strong industry driving force will be constructed. Encourage industry leaders and chain owners to accelerate the construction of pilot platforms, increase investment in pilot platforms, drive product research and development and verification experiments, enhance industrial transformation capabilities, and create conditions for promoting technological achievements from small-scale trials to industrial technological levels.
In the R&D phase, the Implementation Plan proposes to strengthen the integration and application of new generation information technology, carry out digital transformation of experimental equipment and processes, promote the application of machine vision, machine learning, artificial intelligence big models in the pilot phase, accelerate the development of high-precision measuring instruments, high-end experimental equipment and other products, make full use of cutting-edge technology, accelerate the R&D, innovation, application and promotion of pilot platforms, promote the deep integration of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and pilot platforms, and help the platform achieve a seamless connection of "innovation, verification, transformation, application and promotion".
Shandong will highlight key areas such as instruments and measuring standard devices, and accelerate the cultivation of a group of leading enterprises with outstanding main businesses, strong core competitiveness, and significant service support. At the same time, we will establish a group of specialized pilot service institutions with distinct characteristics and outstanding advantages, providing specialized services with industry characteristics that meet the needs of special scenarios.
It is reported that Shandong will encourage pilot platforms to collaborate with enterprises and universities to implement major scientific and technological research and development actions. Priority will be given to recommending and applying for national and provincial major projects that meet the conditions. For enterprises that have pilot platforms, they will also be given priority support when applying for innovation platforms.
