Wang Maoqing, Deputy Director and spokesperson of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, introduced that in recent years, the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government have insisted on making industry the foundation of a strong province and the key to its revitalization. Highlighting the dominant position of enterprises, launching a three-year action plan to enhance manufacturing innovation capabilities, implementing 3202 provincial-level enterprise technology innovation projects, and successfully breaking through a number of bottleneck problems. Highlighting the supportive role of the platform, we will establish national manufacturing innovation centers with high standards for advanced printing and dyeing, intelligent home appliances, virtual reality, etc. We will also cultivate 6 provincial-level centers and 288 "one enterprise, one technology" centers. The number of national industrial design centers ranks first in the country. Highlight the first resource of talents, build a strong team of five talents, including entrepreneurs and business management. In terms of reduction and optimization, we will continue to promote the carbon peak action in the industrial sector, deeply optimize the policies of the "two highs" industries such as steel and refining, and last year, the energy consumption intensity of large-scale industries in the province decreased by 5.2%, highlighting the ecological background. In terms of stock transformation, we will deepen the action of technological transformation and upgrading, complete "ten thousand technological transformations and ten thousand enterprise transformations" ahead of schedule, and increase industrial technological transformation investment by 9.4%, which is 4.7 percentage points higher than the national average, effectively consolidating the solid foundation of traditional industries. In terms of incremental rise, we have strengthened emerging industries such as the new generation of information technology, forward-looking layouts for future industries such as the metaverse, accelerated the cultivation of new quality productivity, and last year, the proportion of high-tech industry output exceeded 50%, injecting new momentum and advantages into the new industrialization.

4、 Activate the digital economy engine, and the momentum of integration and empowerment is strong. The provincial party committee and government insist on using the digital economy as the strongest engine that can drive the whole system, coordinate the deployment of digital industrialization and industrial digitization, and promote the opening of a new round of great leaps and improvements. The core industries are accelerating their growth, implementing the "Ten Major Projects" of digital industrialization, and strengthening the core industries of the digital economy. Last year, the revenue of the information technology industry exceeded 2 trillion yuan, a significant increase of 12.4%. Deep empowerment through the integration of data and reality, focusing on promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, approved as the first national center for promoting digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and ranked among the top in the country in terms of industrial digitalization level and manufacturing digital transformation index. The digital infrastructure continued to improve. By the end of last year, 202000 5G base stations had been built and put into operation, 11800 kilometers of deterministic networks had been built, 29 national top nodes had access to industrial Internet identity resolution, 230 million Internet of Things terminals had been registered for use, and the new industrial digital base had been built more firmly.

5、 Optimize the industrial ecology of the chain cluster and comprehensively enhance its endogenous driving force. Adhere to the coordinated efforts of "point, line, and surface", deeply promote the integrated development of upstream and downstream industries, large, medium, and small enterprises, and focus on building a good industrial ecology. Focusing on strengthening enterprises at key points and actively building a gradient cultivation system for high-quality enterprises, 106 provincial-level manufacturing leading enterprises were newly cultivated last year, and the number of national manufacturing industry champions and small giants ranks among the top in the country. Focusing on the "online" fixed chain, deepening the breakthrough project of the iconic industrial chain, holding more than 600 integration and fixed chain activities, promoting more than 3600 important cooperation intentions, and further improving the resilience and security level of the industrial chain and supply chain. Focusing on cultivating clusters on a general level, consolidating and enhancing the advantages of national advanced manufacturing clusters such as rail transit equipment, intelligent home appliances, and power equipment, the number of national level small and medium-sized enterprise characteristic industry clusters and new industrialization industry demonstration bases ranks first in the country, and the cluster development effect is fully released.
