Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Announcement of the List of Gazelle and Unicorn Enterprises in Shandong Province for the Year 2023

According to the "Management Measures for the Recognition of Gazelle and Unicorn Enterprises in Shandong Province" (Lugongxinfa [2020] No. 8) and the "Notice on Carrying out the Cultivation and Recognition of Gazelle and Unicorn Enterprises in Shandong Province in 2023", the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized the cultivation and recognition of gazelle and unicorn enterprises in Shandong Province in 2023. After voluntary application by enterprises, recommendation by the competent departments of small and medium-sized enterprises in various cities, expert review, third-party credit rating, due diligence investigation of unicorn enterprises, joint final review and other procedures, it is proposed to determine three enterprises including Lingong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. as unicorn enterprises in Shandong Province in 2023 (see Annex 1), 654 enterprises including Shandong Weigan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. as gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province in 2023 (see Annex 2), and 52 enterprises including Shandong Guozi Software Co., Ltd. as gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province that passed the re examination in 2023 (see Annex 3), which are now publicly announced.
