Provincial leaders conduct in-depth research and supervision on the operation of industrial economy on the front line
According to the unified deployment requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, from February 2nd to 9th, provincial leaders Zeng Zanrong, Fan Bo, Song Junji, Zhou Liwei, Chen Ping, Li Wei, Deng Yunfeng, and Wang Guiying went to 16 cities in the province to investigate and supervise the operation of industrial economy, guide and promote enterprises to accelerate resumption of work, increase production and efficiency, and achieve high-quality development of industrial economy.
During the investigation and supervision, provincial leaders conducted on-site inspections of key industrial enterprises' resumption of work and production, construction of new growth point projects, safety production, and implementation of ecological and environmental protection systems. They held discussions and exchanges with party committees and governments of various cities, some counties, districts, and enterprise leaders, listened to the first quarter and annual industrial production plans, target plans, and opinions and suggestions, and thoroughly understood and coordinated solutions to difficulties and problems in enterprise return to work and project construction.
Provincial leaders emphasized the significant importance of doing a good job in economic work. We must effectively improve our position, thoroughly implement the requirements of the Provincial Conference on Strengthening and Accelerating the High quality Development of Industrial Economy, seize the important window period of economic recovery, take more practical measures to promote operation, solve problems, expand markets, and increase orders, give full play to the role of industrial economy as a "ballast", and achieve a "good start" in the first quarter. We must vigorously boost market confidence, implement policy incentives, strengthen factor support, tap into the potential of industrial parks, increase assistance and benefits to enterprises, continuously optimize the industrial development environment, and accelerate the resumption of work and production of industrial enterprises. We should encourage enterprises to strengthen research and development innovation, focus on cultivating industrial ecology, enhance the continuity and competitiveness of industrial development, and cultivate new driving forces and advantages for industrial economic development. We must firmly guard the "lifeline" of safety and environmental protection with stronger responsibility, consolidate the responsibility system for safety production, strengthen the supervision and management of key industries, promote the coordinated efficiency of pollution reduction and carbon reduction, and consolidate the foundation of green, low-carbon and high-quality development.
