Zibo ranks among the "Top 100 Advanced Manufacturing Cities"
Advanced manufacturing industry represents the comprehensive strength of a city. On November 23, CCID Consulting, a directly affiliated unit of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, released the "Top 100 Advanced Manufacturing Cities (2022)", and Zibo once again made the list, ranking 53rd in the country, one place ahead of last year.
As an important carrier for the development of advanced manufacturing industry, cities are the main battlefield for the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing industry. The top 100 cities in advanced manufacturing industry play a leading role and gradually become the backbone of the upgrading and innovative development of the national manufacturing industry. Since 2018, CCID Consulting has conducted qualitative and quantitative research using 293 prefecture level cities across the country as samples.
According to CCID's announcement, in 2022, Shandong has the highest number of cities in the advanced manufacturing industry, with 14 cities on the list. Qingdao ranks 7th in the country, unchanged from the previous year's ranking. Following closely behind Zibo, Linyi ranks 56th in the country, one place behind the previous year, while Zibo advances one place from the previous year and ranks 53rd in the country.
Guarding is not easy, advancing is even more difficult. In the situation where there are exemplary soldiers in front and pursuers behind, Zibo can only roll up its sleeves and work hard.
On November 23, the Third Plenary Session of the 13th Zibo Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to build a strong city with advanced manufacturing industry, adhere to the high-end industrial structure, digital industrial model, green industrial form, safe industrial chain, and coordinated industrial elements, and accelerate the construction of an advanced manufacturing base with regional influence and competitiveness.
Zibo has taken firm steps and is striving vigorously, accelerating its magnificent transformation from an "industrial metropolis" to an "advanced manufacturing powerhouse".
As a pioneer in the collaborative robot industry, Aobo made its debut at the Shenzhen Munich South China Exhibition on November 15th, becoming the focus of the exhibition. Last year, the global shipment volume of Aobo robots exceeded 10000 units, ranking first in the country and second in the world in terms of market share. Han Yongguang, Chairman of Aobo, proudly said that robots are the "crown jewel" of the manufacturing industry and the core equipment of intelligent manufacturing.
Just one day before the Aobo Robot Exhibition, Lanfan Medical showcased dozens of star products at the 54th Dusseldorf International Hospital and Medical Equipment Supplies Exhibition in Germany. The exhibition is the world's largest and most authoritative comprehensive medical exhibition. Zibo is creating achievements with hard work and sweat. As of now, more than 40% of key enterprises in Zibo have achieved advanced levels in their main technical equipment both domestically and internationally. The added value of the "four major" industries of new materials, intelligent equipment, new medicine, and electronic information accounts for 50.7% of the proportion of industrial enterprises above designated size.
淄博制造业盛产专精特新“小巨人”及全国“单项冠军”，这些生力军正在托起先进制造业强市的澎湃动能。
山东赫达是国家专精特新“小巨人”企业，30年来专注纤维素醚，是中国第一、全球领先的纤维素醚生产企业，也是全球唯一打通纤维素醚上下游产业链的企业。董事长毕于东说：“立足纤维素醚主战场，山东赫达先后推出了填补国内空白的缓控释产品、植物胶囊以及植物肉专用纤维素醚等高端产品，尤其是高端植物肉用纤维素醚技术门槛极高，国内目前仅有赫达能生产。”
“在血浆中可能存在的或者是处于窗口期的脂质包膜病毒，如乙肝、丙肝、艾滋等病毒经过灭活以后，会失去活性，不能再复制传播，大大提高了输血的安全性。”中保康企业总经理许俊峰表示，目前企业“一次性使用病毒灭活装置配套用输血过滤器”的全国市场占有率超过70%，中保康也成为国内最大的安全输血医疗器具生产基地。
10月底，我市中保康等3家企业入选国家级制造业单项冠军。像中保康这样的全国“单项冠军”，淄博目前达到20家，数量位居全国前列。近年来，淄博实施瞪羚、独角兽企业培育计划，累计培育哪吒、瞪羚类和独角兽类企业221家。淄博着力推动专精特新企业发展，省级专精特新中小企业、国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业分别达到336家、65家。
作为老工业基地的淄博，近年来一直在加速主导产业的换道超车，由石化等传统产业，加快向新能源、“四新”经济等转变。前三季度，全市实现地区生产总值（GDP）为3325.84亿元，增速比上半年提高0.6个百分点，其中工业增加值占GDP比重达到42.8%，牢牢占据全省首位。
