Notice on the Announcement of the Second Batch of Strategic Emerging Industry Clusters in Shandong Province

Municipal Development and Reform Commission:

       In order to further implement the construction project of strategic emerging industrial clusters and accelerate the improvement of the leading power and competitiveness of industrial clusters, the list of 13 provincial strategic emerging industrial clusters, including Qingdao Industrial Internet Industrial Cluster, is now announced on the basis of the early application, expert review and comprehensive review of each city.

       Each city should effectively increase support for the cultivation of strategic emerging industry clusters, improve supporting policies and measures, attract and gather resources such as technology and capital, cultivate and strengthen leading enterprises, optimize the ecology of industrial clusters, strengthen the planning, construction, and reserve of key projects, and maintain the stability of industrial and supply chains. The Provincial Development and Reform Commission, in conjunction with relevant departments, will conduct timely evaluations of cluster construction, and prioritize recommending and applying for national strategic emerging industry clusters with significant development achievements.
