Guo Chuang, Director of the Comprehensive Planning Department of the Small and Medium sized Enterprise Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, remotely interpreted the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Improving the Public Service System for Small and Medium sized Enterprises(Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Enterprise [2023] No. 213). Guo Chuang pointed out that the guiding opinions put forward two main goals and seven main tasks, aiming to promote the incremental expansion, quality and efficiency improvement of public services for small and medium-sized enterprises, enhance the level of inclusiveness, convenience and precision of public services for small and medium-sized enterprises, and assist the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises with high-quality services. At the same time, detailed explanations will be given on the working background, current status, experience and practices, existing problems, and considerations for the next steps of the public service system for small and medium-sized enterprises, providing guidance and reference for the implementation of specific work; Jing Fangkai, Deputy Director of the Service System Construction Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and a third level researcher, conveyed the spirit of the National Symposium on Public Service System for Small and Medium sized Enterprises; Representatives from provincial and municipal departments of industry and information technology, small and medium-sized enterprise public service platforms, industry associations, and relevant enterprise leaders exchanged speeches and discussed the achievements and existing problems in the construction of public services for small and medium-sized enterprises in our province.
