The 2019 Provincial Symposium on Talent Introduction Projects was held in Weifang

In order to effectively carry out the application work for the national and provincial talent introduction projects in 2019, and comprehensively improve the professional level and work ability of talent introduction cadres, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology held a symposium on talent introduction projects in Weifang on April 9th. This is the first provincial conference on talent introduction projects after the institutional reform integrates the responsibilities of the science and technology department and the management responsibilities of foreign experts in the human resources and social security department, and the reorganization of the science and technology department. A total of 150 project leaders from various cities, some districts and counties in the province, relevant departments directly under the provincial government, and universities participated in the conference.

The relevant comrades of the Foreign Expert Service Department of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology provided a detailed explanation of the relevant precautions for the application of national and provincial talent introduction projects and demonstration and promotion bases. They deployed and arranged the 2019 provincial talent introduction project application work, demonstrated and trained the "Comprehensive Management System for Introducing Foreign Experts Projects in Shandong Province", and held a symposium to solicit opinions on the proposed establishment of a provincial talent introduction special project, listening to the opinions and suggestions of relevant municipal bureaus and universities. Provincial talent introduction cadres have expressed that this symposium is rich in content, tightly arranged, and very timely. In future work, we will strictly follow the requirements of this symposium, do a good job in applying for and managing talent introduction projects at all levels, and strive to promote the sustained and healthy development of talent introduction in our province.
