On November 15th, the 7th Small and Medium sized Enterprise Service Provider Conference was successfully held in Jinan. This conference is guided by the Small and Medium sized Enterprise Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and hosted by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province. Its aim is to focus on the difficulties, pain points, and bottlenecks faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in the development process, provide digital services for enterprises, promote the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote high-quality development. Su Hongxing, Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry, was invited to attend the conference and participate in the signing ceremony of the "Three Supports Enterprise Cooperation Action" cooperation.

The theme of this conference is "Innovative Services, Shared Development, Digital Intelligence Driven Win the Future", with "Precise Services, Assisting and Benefiting Enterprises" as the main line. It is committed to building a public service system for small and medium-sized enterprises with "excellent institutions, strong platforms, abundant resources, good services, and high satisfaction", and helping them achieve transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development. The conference will establish a main forum and three sub forums, including theme reports, roundtable forums, case sharing, product displays, service docking, and other segments.

In his speech, Shan Lipo, director of the SME Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, pointed out that SMEs are an important foundation for high-quality economic development, an important driving force for the effective improvement of economic quality, and a fresh force for promoting Chinese path to modernization and high-quality development. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will deepen the promotion of a series of service activities such as "benefiting enterprises together" and "three endowments" actions, help the gradient cultivation of high-quality SMEs, and provide a strong guarantee for SMEs to achieve leapfrog development.

Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province, Chang'an Wenjian, stated that the Provincial Party Committee and Government have always placed the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in a prominent position, adhered to the integrated deployment of stimulating vitality, promoting upgrading, and safeguarding rights and interests, and strived to create the optimal environment for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Since the beginning of this year, more than 600000 new small and medium-sized enterprises have been added in the province, with a total of over 4.4 million, ranking second in the country. In the first three quarters, the added value of private industries above designated size increased by 8.1% year-on-year, effectively carrying half of the province's economy. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will focus on improving policies and increasing support for technology, funding, talent, and other aspects; Focus on building bridges to provide support for the connection between supply and demand; Focus on optimizing the environment, creating a stable and predictable development environment, and serving the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. We hope that various service providers can push more service products to help small and medium-sized enterprises improve their innovation capabilities and professional level.

At the meeting, Zhu Hongren, Secretary of the Party Committee, Executive Vice President, and Secretary General of the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneurs Association, as well as Zhang Lianqi, a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and an economic expert, respectively gave wonderful themed presentations on "The Way to High quality Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises under the Great Changes" and "Taking advantage of the Trend to Promote the Leapfrog Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises". During the roundtable forum, experts and scholars discussed the theme of "Empowering, Empowering, Assigning Value, Helping, Warming, and Revitalizing Enterprises", and put forward forward-looking, guiding, and actionable suggestions from the aspects of "increasing policy publicity, building docking platforms, digital transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises, and transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements".

More than 600 people, including responsible officials from small and medium-sized enterprise management departments in various cities and counties (cities, districts), renowned experts and scholars, outstanding service organizations, and representatives of private backbone enterprises, participated.
