Our province is guiding high-value patents to gather in Shandong and taking substantial steps to help build a new highland for the "Top Ten Industries". Meanwhile, the second batch of 15 key core technology patents (groups) were officially released today.
The new and old kinetic energy conversion patent library targets high-value invention patent technologies that have not yet been converted and implemented by universities, research institutes, and outward oriented intellectual property service institutions within and outside the province, and are conducive to enhancing new kinetic energy. The aim is to carry out patent collection and operation in a market-oriented manner, and to connect the entire chain of intellectual property industrialization and marketization. According to Yu Zhiyong, Director of the Provincial Intellectual Property Office, the patent database for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy has nearly 10000 patents in stock, with the goal of reaching 50000 by 2022. These high-value patents will inject a continuous stream of new kinetic energy into Shandong's economic growth.
The launch of the new and old kinetic energy conversion patent library will open up the introduction of high-value patent resources from both inside and outside the province, and vigorously absorb and introduce high-quality patent technologies from both domestic and foreign sources. It is reported that the new and old kinetic energy conversion patent library will build a market-oriented, standardized, and standardized intellectual property trading and operation system that combines online and offline methods. We have established a patent exhibition and trading column online all year round, and regularly hold patent technology exhibition and trading fairs offline based on the Shandong Provincial Intellectual Property Trading Center. At present, the registered patents mainly cover four themes: the top ten key industries for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, military civilian integration (decrypted national defense patents), school enterprise cooperation, and popular patents.
