Miao Wei pointed out that intelligent manufacturing is the key to cultivating new driving forces for global economic development. The development of intelligent manufacturing will drive the rapid growth of emerging industries, inject strong new momentum into economic growth, and help traditional industries achieve dynamic matching between production and diversified market demands, increase output, reduce consumption, improve quality, and significantly increase labor productivity. Developing intelligent manufacturing is the best way for China to organically combine the cultivation and development of emerging industries with the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. Miao Wei pointed out that China's development of intelligent manufacturing has achieved positive results. We have released the "Development Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing", "Implementation Guidelines for Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering", "Guidelines for the Construction of National Intelligent Manufacturing Standard System", and other key technologies and equipment such as high-performance large-scale metal component laser additive manufacturing equipment and distributed control systems (DCS) have made significant progress, exploring the formation of a number of mature, replicable, and promotable new models of intelligent manufacturing such as network collaborative manufacturing and large-scale personalized customization, and continuously deepening international cooperation in intelligent manufacturing at the national, local, and enterprise levels. Overall, through the joint efforts of all parties, a social consensus has been formed to promote intelligent manufacturing, and the results are constantly emerging. At the same time, we must also be aware that intelligent manufacturing is a new thing, and promoting intelligent manufacturing is a complex system engineering. Countries are constantly exploring, and the world is facing a series of common problems and challenges such as standards, networks, information security, and talent.
Miao Wei emphasized the need to actively adapt to the development trend of intelligent manufacturing, accelerate the cultivation of the development ecology of intelligent manufacturing on the basis of a good start, and promote the in-depth development of intelligent manufacturing: firstly, deeply implement the intelligent manufacturing project and implement the key tasks of "5-30"; Secondly, we will continue to promote pilot demonstrations of intelligent manufacturing and actively carry out the construction of national intelligent manufacturing demonstration zones; Third, focus on strengthening the basic support capacity of standards, industrial software, industrial Internet and information security; The fourth is to actively cultivate an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem and create a system solution supplier with industry characteristics.
