To enhance the digital application capability of small and medium-sized enterprises, encourage them to participate in global technology cooperation and exchange, support them to focus on module manufacturing and component manufacturing with high technological content and good market prospects, control the core technology and manufacturing process of key modules, provide professional module manufacturing services for international top enterprises, and practice the application and development of advanced manufacturing technologies designed for the new industrial revolution era and "Industry 4.0".

To build a manufacturing powerhouse, it is necessary to implement brand strategy and carry out international cooperation in the field of manufacturing standards.
