According to the policy list of "promoting economic consolidation and accelerating green, low-carbon and high-quality development" of the provincial government this year (first batch) and other policies, based on project investment and implementation effectiveness, service providers will be given a one-time bonus support of up to 1 million yuan for each scenario.
"Gongfu Baijing" was unveiled as the leader, which is based on the idea of "industry questions, platform answers", facing key industries and fields such as electronic information manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, raw materials, consumer goods and characteristic industrial clusters, focusing on R&D, design, production and manufacturing, operation and maintenance, business management and other links. Through the way of unveiling, it supports digital transformation service providers such as industrial Internet platforms to develop a number of advanced, applicable, replicable and promotional typical scenario solutions, and conducts demonstration applications in manufacturing enterprises. "1+N" drives the improvement of the overall digital level of the industry. Shandong encourages digital transformation service providers and manufacturing enterprises to form a consortium for application (consortium members cannot be the same unit or affiliated units, and the number of consortium members should not exceed 3 in principle), with one provincial service provider as the leading unit and manufacturing enterprises as the scenario landing unit.
The implementation period of the pilot project is generally not more than one year, with an expected investment of no less than 1 million yuan, and no provincial-level financial support has been obtained in the early stage. The leading unit should focus on the task requirements of the list, combine with the actual situation of the scenario landing unit, and meet the needs of the industry and enterprises through research and development, technological innovation, and system integration of processes, technologies, software, equipment, networks, etc. Develop typical scenario digital transformation solutions, demonstrate and apply them in no less than one manufacturing enterprise, iteratively improve the applicability and maturity of system solutions and products.
The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will organize experts or third-party professional institutions to evaluate the declared projects. Various methods such as material review, on-site defense, or on-site verification will be used to determine the eligible projects and consortium list. After public announcement and no objections, they will be announced.
