These plans will be released and implemented gradually this year. In addition, heavyweight policies such as the "14th Five Year Plan" to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the "14th Five Year Plan" for the big data industry are also brewing and waiting to be formulated.
In the first year of the 14th Five Year Plan, China's industrial economy continued to recover and steadily improve. Huang Libin, spokesperson for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and director of the Operations Monitoring and Coordination Bureau, stated at a press conference that the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 24.5% year-on-year in the first quarter, maintaining the relatively fast growth trend of the fourth quarter of last year. In the first two months, industrial enterprises above designated size achieved a significant year-on-year increase of 1.79 times in profits. The development trend of informatization is good, with software business revenue increasing by 18.7% year-on-year.
Huang Libin stated that during the 14th Five Year Plan period, efforts will be made to implement various plans, promote high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, and take the construction of a strong manufacturing country to a new level. The focus will be on accelerating the improvement of manufacturing innovation capabilities, steadily enhancing the modernization level of the industrial and supply chains, vigorously promoting the optimization and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, further deepening reforms, and expanding high-level opening up. This includes the layout and construction of a number of national manufacturing innovation centers and common technology platforms in key areas; Promote the strengthening and supplementation of manufacturing chains, fill gaps and forge long gaps, and focus on enhancing independent and controllable capabilities; Deeply implement major projects such as intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing; Fully open up general manufacturing industries, etc.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will also accelerate the preparation of the "14th Five Year Plan" to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and focus on building a "321" work system to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
