The transformation of old and new driving forces is constantly moving towards the goal of "achieving initial results in three years". At the same time, it should be noted that the imperfect industrial ecosystem and the unclear driving effect of major projects in our province have become important factors restricting the transformation of old and new driving forces and the high-quality development of the economy. Without towering trees, there can be no great forest. We must take major projects as a powerful lever to cultivate industrial ecology, and accelerate the implementation of a number of major industrial projects with traction, demonstration, and driving effects. We should focus on the "Top Ten" industries, with enterprises as the main body, the market as the platform, and capital as the link, to create several industry leaders and drive the formation of a number of industrial clusters. We need to strengthen policy guidance, focus on rational layout, and use industry leaders to drive several enterprises to shine brightly, forming a good industrial ecology.
