As of March 1st, a total of 26050 industrial enterprises above designated size have started construction in the province, accounting for 99.5% of the total number of industrial enterprises above designated size; 4.131 million people resumed work, accounting for 78.3% of the total number of employees; The resumption rate of production in six cities including Zibo, Zaozhuang, Dongying, Yantai, Weifang, and Rizhao has reached 100%. The production rate of industrial enterprises included in the power grid statistics for resuming production is 76.29%.
With the increase of enterprises and projects resuming work and production, personnel mobility has increased, and epidemic prevention and control are facing new risks and challenges. Research shows that some companies currently lack a strong sense of responsibility, have inadequate prevention and control systems, inadequate prevention and control materials, and incomplete protective measures; Some employees of certain enterprises have problems such as lax home quarantine and delayed reporting of their whereabouts.
In response to the above situation, our province will focus on key areas and implement precise measures to further strengthen epidemic prevention and control based on industry characteristics. According to the opinion, the food industry should strictly purchase food raw materials, control the production and processing process, clean and eliminate bacteria in food processing sites, and use disinfectant products; The textile and clothing industry should promote online office, adjust production processes reasonably, and strengthen workshop ventilation; The home appliance industry should promote modular disinfection and daily cleaning, rely on online platforms for research and development, promote contactless marketing, and strengthen the control of external personnel; The pharmaceutical industry needs to strengthen environmental governance and quality control to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drugs; The electronic information industry should adopt the "remote office" mode, break the production process into parts, and develop disinfection and sterilization measures for production workshops, closed laboratories, dust-free workshops, etc. according to local conditions; The equipment manufacturing industry should scientifically adjust its operation methods, use intelligent CNC production equipment to reduce the gathering of production personnel, and ensure the safe and orderly flow of materials; In the chemical industry, it is necessary to strengthen the management and control of areas where personnel are concentrated, adjust the work plan in a reasonable and orderly manner, strengthen the management of the use of disinfection and sterilization supplies, and avoid risks caused by mixing with other chemical materials; The metallurgical industry should highlight key enterprises in areas such as gold and rare earths, and regularly clean, disinfect, and ventilate mining areas. For labor-intensive industries such as gold and jewelry processing, steel, aluminum, and copper, production and material procurement should be organized as needed to reduce the number of employees on duty; The building materials industry should strengthen the safety production guarantee, select appropriate disinfection and sterilization products and reasonably arrange the production plan according to the production environment characteristics such as high dust and powder in some industries, the non production staff should mainly work at home, and the number of production staff should be scheduled every day.
At the same time, the project construction strictly implements closed management and carries out on-site disinfection and epidemic prevention; Strengthen material control and enhance source control of project construction materials and equipment; Provide effective communication services, establish a system of resident liaison officers for enterprises (projects), and assign dedicated personnel to coordinate and solve difficulties encountered in enterprise production and project construction.
