The fourth meeting of the State Council Leading Group for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises was held in Beijing on December 13th. Liu He, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, Vice Premier of the State Council, and leader of the State Council Leading Group for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting emphasized that all regions and departments should closely focus on the micro policy orientation and increase efforts to serve small and medium-sized enterprises. We need to innovate the assessment and incentive mechanism for financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the financing guarantee system for small and medium-sized enterprises, accelerate the construction of credit information platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises, encourage technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises to go public for financing, and effectively solve the problems of difficult and expensive financing; We need to increase the fair competition review of market structure, strengthen the protection of property rights and intellectual property rights, and improve the statistical monitoring and publishing system for small and medium-sized enterprises; We need to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation among small and medium-sized enterprises, learn from beneficial international experiences, and enhance their ability and level of high-quality development. The meeting called for the implementation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the urgent revision and improvement of the "Several Opinions on Improving the System to Support the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises", forming policy and institutional arrangements to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
