Industrial enterprises that use vacant land on existing industrial land to construct, demolish, rebuild or expand existing buildings, or add floors to factories, will not charge additional land transfer fees for the increased building area, provided that it complies with laws and regulations, urban and rural planning, safety production, military aviation, fire protection and environmental protection requirements. It is also reported that the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology is working with relevant departments directly under the province to study and introduce policies related to zero growth land intelligent technology transformation, and some more specific support measures will be introduced one after another.
