The technology transfer training course for technology-based enterprises in Shandong Province was successfully held in Jinan

In order to implement the spirit of the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of New R&D Institutions" issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the "Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of the Provincial Technology Transfer System" issued by the People's Government of Shandong Province, and fully leverage the main role of enterprises in technology transfer and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, on October 10th, the Provincial Technology Market Management Service Center held a technology transfer training course for technology-based enterprises in Shandong Province in Jinan. More than 70 representatives from technology-based enterprises and new R&D institutions in the province participated in the training.

This training course invites experts and professors from Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange Center, including Cheng Xiaojian, to focus on teaching and coaching technology demand mining and brokerage skills for technology-based enterprises, open and efficient R&D design models, technology contract recognition and registration, and technology transfer service agency filing. The trainees unanimously believe that the training courses have highlighted key points, strong practical operability, and have achieved significant results in transforming scientific and technological achievements into enterprises and implementing tax preferential policies.

The construction of technology transfer service institutions and talent teams in our province continues to strengthen. In 2019, 14 provincial-level technology transfer service institutions were registered, and more than 1000 technology brokers were trained cumulatively. In the first half of the year, a total of 9713 technology contracts were registered in the province, with a transaction volume of 21.273 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22.11%. The vitality of scientific and technological innovation continued to be released, and the ability to transform scientific and technological achievements was further enhanced.
