Our province has launched 239 international and national standardization projects in key industries; In the field of energy conservation and environmental protection, 159 local standards have been formulated and revised; In the field of agricultural industry, led the formulation of 237 national and industry standards; In the field of agriculture's "new six industries", 15 key local standards have been released; In the marine field, 218 local standards have been formulated; In the field of basic public services, 147 local standards have been formulated.
Under the guidance of the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, Shandong Haoyue New Materials Co., Ltd. has formulated two international standards, including high absorbent resin. After the standards were released, orders came from all over the world, and product sales doubled year-on-year. The product price is more than 4000 yuan per ton higher than domestic conventional products and more than 500 yuan per ton higher than internationally renowned brands.
The human factor is crucial to the quality. To this end, our province has implemented the "Ten Thousand and Ten Thousand" action, providing free training for nearly 90000 quality management personnel in different positions, benefiting about 38000 enterprises, and effectively promoting the improvement of quality management level in enterprises, especially small and micro enterprises, throughout the province.

5月23日，我国时速600公里高速磁浮试验样车在青岛下线。这是我国高速列车领先世界后，在高速磁浮技术领域实现的又一重大突破。2018年9月落户青岛的国家高速列车产业计量测试中心，为这一突破提供了重要支撑。
高速列车时速的不断突破，是我省实施技术推动质量提升的一个实例。为夯实质量提升基础，我省抢抓技术平台建设机遇。
稳步建立现代测量体系。在新兴行业新建标准122项，建立社会公用计量标准4954项，位居全国第二。计量科研不断加强，山东省标准物质工程技术研究中心、国家碳纤维产业计量测试联盟成立，5个先进计量技术、测量方法研究项目通过验收；
标准创新和服务体系建设步伐加快。全面推行团体标准、企业标准自我声明公开和监督制度，国家蔬菜技术标准创新基地等平台正在加快建设，山东国家标准技术审评中心、山东省大数据标准化技术委员会先后成立，国际标准化组织铸造机械技术委员会、全国量子计算与测量标准化技术委员会落户济南；合格评定体系建设不断加强。
全面发力“诚信山东”建设，深入实施质量攻关工程。在新一代信息技术、高端装备、新材料、高端化工4个产业，编制发布产业规划，建立工作专班智库，开展“6个1”推进体系建设。在技术改造、工业强基、品牌质量等重点领域，实施“千项重点项目”建设工程，启动1115个重点工业项目，促进结构调整和动能转换。组织开展工业质量标杆选树，公布100家瞪羚企业名单，培育198家“隐形冠军”和1248家创新企业。
质量提升，注入动力
标准化战略、质量强省战略、品牌战略的全面实施，推动了我省质量变革、效率变革、动力变革，为山东新旧动能转换注入强大动力。
质量兴农战略稳步推进。全省建成农产品市级、县级追溯平台19个和159个，无公害农产品改革过渡期第一批发放证书1137张，治理退化耕地面积22.6万亩。
食品药品质量安全建设步伐平稳有序。共创建“食安山东”食品生产加工示范企业864家，示范基地22个，流通示范单位5000家，餐饮服务示范单位(街区)3211家。所有中央厨房和97%的集体用餐配送单位实现了“明厨亮灶”，“三小”登记备案率达98%。
制造业质量提升行动全面推进。累计培育国家智能制造试点示范项目34个、省级智能制造示范企业115家，成功争取国家智能制造专项40个。目前，全省22个行业共拥有中国质量奖2个、提名奖14个。
消费品质量提档升级明显。2018年以来，家电、家具、纺织服装、鞋帽、厨具、五金工具、日化、车用汽油、体育用品等产品合格率分别为93.41%、92.11%、95.71%、90%、94.06%、93.33%、100%、94.81%、81.08%。
